Take Viking knit further by learning how to net and frame cabochons, (or even pebbles found on the beach), to create eye-catching pendants or connectors.
Week 3 – Bohemian Longline Necklace
Focus: Caging beads
Create a flowing, boho-inspired necklace while learning how to cage beads securely and elegantly using wire alone.
Week 4 – Beaded Bangle & Hoop Earrings
Focus: Wire macramé (beginner level)
Introduce textile-style techniques to wire jewellery. Learn basic wire macramé knots and apply them to both structured and decorative designs.
Week 5 – Chandelier Earrings or Pendants
Focus: Wire macramé (intermediate level)
Build on previous macramé skills to create intricate, dramatic chandelier earrings with beautiful movement and detail.
Week 6 – Cuff Bangle and/or Collar Necklace
Focus: Plaiting & braiding
Explore bold structural techniques using plaiting and braiding to create statement pieces with strength and endless opportunities for embellishment.
Week 7 – Treble Clef Pendant
Focus: Channel setting
Learn how to set stones securely within wire channels while creating an elegant treble clef–inspired design.
Week 8 – Ring & Pendant Set
Focus: Prong setting
Master one of the most valuable jewellery-making skills—prong setting—while creating both a ring and pendant.

Week 9 – Jewellery Findings & Finishing Techniques
Focus: Clasps, head pins, ear wires, brooch pins, work hardening & hammering
This essential session teaches you how to create your own findings and professionally finish your jewellery for durability and wearability.
Week 10 – Freeform Pendant, Connector or Bangle
​Focus: Wire weaving (intermediate) 3 weaving techniques/patterns.
End the course with a creative flourish. Combine technique, intuition, and confidence to design a freeform piece that truly reflects your personal style.
