Creativity is a fundamental part of who I am, so, whatever role or situation I am in, I manage to find a way to use my creative skills, be this in a practical or theoretical sense. On my journey through life I have engaged in a variety of crafts and genres of art and acquired skills with a broad range of mediums and materials including; wire, metals, textiles, clay, plastics and in particular I love combining all of these in mixed media or up-cycling projects. 9 years ago I studied to become an adult educator so that I could share my skills and passion with others and this brings me great pleasure. In 2011 I started my own full-time Jewellery business and trade as a jewellery designer, crafts person and teacher. The majority of my work is with the Genuine Gemstone Company as a freelance designer on their 'JewelleryMaker' T.V. channel. I also am a regular contributor to 'Make and Sell Jewellery' Magazine. I love to work collaboratively with other designers and always have a few projects up my sleeve.
