Wire weaving for beginners workshop will cover how to weave 2- 3 core wires together in three different ways.
In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to use finer guages of wire alongside thicker gauges of wire to create decorative woven effects that not only look beautiful but also serve to help join wires together.
Gemma will guide you through the techniques, help you to overcome the pitfalls and leave you confident to weave and wrap and add wires together neatly and consistently.
Gemma will cover how to create:
- Figure-of-eight weave earring or pendant frame
- Double figure-of-eight leaf components
- 'Castle' or 'combination' weave ring band
Materials and use of tools are included in the price.
Refreshments are available in the on-site cafe.
