This workshop takes wire weaving one step further to create beautiful flowing designs that require no embellishment.

In this workshop, we will build on the basic wire weaving techniques and learn how to effectively split, add and remove wires to achieve beautiful fluidity and movement. Organic in its nature this technique will allow you to create completely unique patterns and designs every single time.

 

Materials you will need:

(Mixing or contrasting wire colours works well in this technique)

·      0.4mm wire

·      0.8mm wire

·      Findings to finish design

Tools you will need:

·      Basic tool kit comprising of, round nose pliers, flat/chain nose pliers, wire cutters

·      Nylon jaw pliers (not essential)
